Invitation Required: You can't create an account until you've been invited by your lender or the property owner. The lender must first enter the property details and then send you an invite.
Check Your Email: Once invited, you'll receive an email prompting you to accept the property (if you're the borrower) or the invitation (if you're a delegate). Be sure to:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.
If you find the email, follow the instructions to download the Sitewire app and create your account.
Download the App: If you don't see the above email, you can:
Download the Sitewire app from your app store, if you have not already.
Enter the email address you gave to the lender or property owner. If nothing happens, this might mean you haven’t been invited yet or are using the wrong email address.
Start Using the App: Once your account is created, log in to the app (not the website) to begin working on your draw.
Still No Invite?: If you've followed these steps and still can't create an account, contact your lender or the property owner to confirm that you've been invited and that they have your correct email address.
